5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are shown in JPY unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may include or exclude tax depending on system settings.

  • Delivery fees, service charges, and packaging fees may apply.

  • Payment must be completed using available payment methods on the platform.

  • Cash on Delivery orders must be paid in full at delivery.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, store preparation time, or high demand.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact details.

  • If delivery fails due to wrong address or unreachable customer, re-delivery fees may apply.

7. Food & Perishable Goods

For food, meat, frozen, and perishable items:

  • Items should be checked at the time of delivery.

  • Due to safety reasons, perishable goods are generally non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

  • Proper storage after delivery is the customer’s responsibility.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled:

By Customer:

  • Before store acceptance or preparation begins

By Store or Mini Nepal LLC:

  • Out of stock items

  • Operational issues

  • Delivery area limitations

  • Suspected fraud

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.

9. Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be issued when:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Missing items

  • Damaged goods

  • Quality issues verified with proof

Mini Nepal LLC may request:

  • Photos

  • Order number

  • Description of issue

Refund decisions are made at reasonable discretion.

10. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Place false orders

  • Abuse delivery staff

  • Misuse promo codes

  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform

  • Use the service for illegal purposes

Accounts may be suspended for violations.

11. Promotions & Coupons

  • Promo codes are subject to expiry and conditions.

  • Only one promotion may apply per order unless stated.
